What is Yamo Lates?

Yamo Lates is gowithYamo’s community-led late-night gallery series. The Bethnal Green edition follows earlier trails in Fitzrovia and Margate, bringing venues together for one evening of art, music and informal discovery.

The official programme currently promises late gallery openings, artist Q&As, live music and a few surprises. It is designed as a trail, so you can make an evening of moving between venues rather than staying in one place.

Which spaces are taking part?

gowithYamo currently names Flashback Records, Neven Gallery and IMT Gallery, with more participants still to be confirmed. The wider event announcement also refers to Cell Project Space and Rose Easton, but the organiser’s live event page should be treated as the final word on the line-up and individual venue plans.

Expect a gig at the record shop, artist conversations and late openings. Individual venues may have different capacity and entry arrangements, so RSVP first and check the latest programme before setting out.

Getting there

The trail is centred on Bethnal Green. Bethnal Green Underground and Overground station is the most useful starting point, with Shoreditch High Street and Hoxton also possible depending on the final venues you choose.

This is a multi-venue evening, so wear comfortable shoes and allow time to walk between stops. Each space will have its own access arrangements. Contact gowithYamo before travelling if you need step-free or other accessibility information.
