How to get your 1,000 bonus Virgin Points

Claim the Virgin Red referral bonus

  1. Join through the referral link.

    Use our Virgin Red referral link and create your free account. You must be new to Virgin Red.

  2. Earn your first Virgin Points.

    Complete a qualifying earn transaction from the Earn section of the Virgin Red app or website within 18 months of joining.

  3. Wait for the points to land.

    How long this takes depends on the partner, so check that partner’s offer terms.

  4. Redeem your promo code.

    Virgin Red sends a promo code within 7 days of your first earned points being credited. Redeem it within one month and the 1,000 points are added to your account.

What can you do with 1,000 Virgin Points?

Virgin Red suggests using points to cut the cost of a train journey, donate to charity or get a digital gift card, or to save them up towards flights, holidays and experiences. Check the points needed for each reward in the app, as they vary.

Once you are a member, you can share your own link by email, Facebook or WhatsApp. You get 1,000 Virgin Points for each friend who joins and completes their first qualifying earn, for up to 10 friends in any 12-month period.
