What is happening?

Insieme is Lauderdale House’s Chamber Opera Ensemble in Residence. The concerts combine vocal and instrumental chamber music in the house’s Long Gallery. The November performers and programme have not yet been announced, so the booking page is the best place to check the latest details.

Access and getting there

Lauderdale House is inside Waterlow Park on Highgate Hill. Archway is the nearest Tube station, with buses providing useful connections uphill towards the park.

The venue warns that, because of the building’s historic layout, its lift may not accommodate large motorised scooters. Contact Lauderdale House before visiting if this affects you.

Are the Insieme concerts free?
Yes. Lauderdale House lists the Thursday lunchtime concerts as free, with booking required.
What time should I arrive?
Doors open at 1pm and the music starts at 1.15pm. Allow a little time to find the Long Gallery.
What is on the programme?
The remaining 2026 programme is still to be announced. Check the relevant booking page before you go.

Source and last check

Details checked on 4 October 2026 using the official Lauderdale House listing. The published page gives a 1.15pm start but not an end time; the listing uses a 2pm indicative finish for diary and automatic expiry purposes. Check the booking page for the final running time.
