The Ever After Garden returns to Duke of York Square in Chelsea from Thursday 5 November to Monday 21 December. More than 30,000 illuminated white roses create a quiet winter garden in aid of The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity. It is free to walk through.

What is the garden?

The installation is made up of illuminated white roses, each dedicated in memory of someone who has died. It raises money for The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity and its work supporting cancer care and research.

You can simply walk through for free. If you would like to dedicate a rose, the charity suggests a minimum £15 donation, but this is entirely optional and not an admission charge.

Getting there

Duke of York Square is just off King’s Road, around five minutes from Sloane Square station. Visit after dark if you want to see the roses fully illuminated, and allow a little longer at busier weekend times.

The garden is outdoors. Detailed accessibility information for the 2026 installation is not yet published on the charity page, so contact The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity before travelling if you need a specific access arrangement.

Is the Ever After Garden free?
Yes. Walking through the garden costs nothing.
Do I have to dedicate a rose?
No. Rose dedications are optional. The suggested minimum donation is £15, supporting The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity.
Do I need to book?
No booking is needed for a visit. You can pre-order a dedication online if you choose to make one.
