Barnet Food Festival takes over RAF Museum London on Saturday 12 and Sunday 13 September 2026. Adult tickets cost £10, under-16s go free, and admission includes the museum, international food stalls, live entertainment and a free children’s activity zone.

Food, music and family activities

The vendor list covers Filipino barbecue, Greek, Japanese, Nepalese, Turkish, Mexican, Indian and Caribbean food, alongside burgers, pizza, cakes, bread, sweets, coffee and speciality drinks. Food and drink are not included in the ticket price.

Live performers include soul, pop, Motown, reggae, acoustic party music and vintage vocal harmonies.

The Kids Zone includes face painting, circus games, biscuit decorating, juggling, plate spinning and an inflatable obstacle course. The organiser recommends these activities for ages four and over, with adult supervision.

What does the ticket include?

Your festival ticket includes entry to the RAF Museum and its historic aircraft displays, the food festival, live entertainment and the Kids Zone. Under-16 admission is free, but every child still needs a festival ticket. Children under 11 must be accompanied by an adult.

Food, drinks, shop purchases and parking cost extra. Bringing a picnic is permitted in the museum’s designated picnic areas if you want to control spending.

Getting there and access

Colindale is the nearest Underground station, around a 10-minute walk away on the Edgware branch of the Northern line. Bus 303 stops outside the museum entrance.

The museum has step-free routes, wide hangar aisles, accessible toilets, a Changing Places toilet and quiet rooms. Manual wheelchairs, mobility scooters and a rollator can be borrowed free on a first-come, first-served basis.

Driving is considerably more expensive. Current parking charges start at £8.50 for up to three hours and also apply to Blue Badge holders.

Can we enter the museum without a Food Festival ticket?
No. The RAF Museum says admission on 12 and 13 September is by Food Festival ticket only. Book a ticket for every adult and child in your group.
